In this position, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively and ensure long-term partnerships. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and engage with potential clients Proficiency in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively convey solutions and address client needs Proven Relationship Building skills to foster long-lasting connections with clients Ability to work collaboratively with teams and demonstrate results-driven problem-solving skills Sales and CRM software proficiency is a plus Understanding of standard sales and marketing funnels and their implementation with CRM is a plus plus Prior experience in sales or account management in a similar industry is advantageous
