Job Title : Adobe Launch Senior EngineerExperience : 5 to 8 Years (relevant)Location : Pune, New Delhi, NoidaLooking for Immediate Joiners only.About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Adobe Launch Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Launch, Analytics, and Tag Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics solutions, configuring data elements, and ensuring seamless data collection across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities : - Map AEM metadata, user attributes, and events to Adobe Launch data elements.- Create and manage tag properties, schemas, rules, and data elements in Adobe Launch.- Configure data elements to extract information from DOM, JavaScript, cookies, or Data Layers.- Set up and manage Adobe Analytics, ECID (Experience Cloud ID), and WebSDK extensions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams (AEM developers, business analysts, QA, and marketing teams) to ensure proper implementation of analytics tracking requirements.- Validate and debug analytics implementations using tools such as AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into tracking requirements and ensure accurate reporting.- Provide support for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of Adobe Launch configurations.- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 8 years of experience in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics implementation.- Strong knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) integration with Analytics.- Hands-on expertise in creating and managing data layers and analytics tracking strategies.- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.- Proficiency in using debugging tools : AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, Omnibug.- Experience with Adobe ECID and WebSDK extensions.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for tag management.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have : - Adobe Certified Expert (Analytics/Launch/AEM) certifications.- Experience in other Tag Management Systems (TMS) like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium.- Exposure to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management integration.Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.- Proactive, with good communication and documentation skills.
