Job Description: Support Consultant – Mumbai Location

Role: L1.5 Support Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for applications built with ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MS SQL.
  • Assist in resolving customer-reported issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

  • Technologies: ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL
  • Basic knowledge of ASP.NET and .NET Core for application support.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL for basic database troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of web application support processes.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
