Role Overview


We are seeking a passionate Brand Marketing Manager to lead Runo’s brand building and positioning efforts. The ideal candidate has proven experience in SaaS marketing, understands how to craft compelling narratives for tech products, and can drive awareness and credibility across multiple channels. This role is critical to building Runo’s voice, thought leadership, and recall in competitive markets.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and execute Runo’s brand positioning across markets (India, UAE, UK).
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the creation of high-quality brand content: blogs, case studies, videos, PR articles, and e-books.
  • Build narratives around sales enablement, telecalling strategies, and AI in sales.
  • Collaborate with leadership to position Runo as a thought leader in the CRM and call management space.

Events & Partnerships

  • Drive brand presence through sponsorships, events, and webinars.
  • Manage relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.

Digital Presence & Awareness

  • Oversee brand campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure strong online presence through SEO, PR, influencer reviews, and community engagement.

Internal Brand Building

  • Work closely with sales, product, and growth teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging.
  • Enable internal teams with brand assets, playbooks, and guidelines.


Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in CRM, martech, or sales tech domains.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence in competitive SaaS markets.
  • Strong skills in content strategy, storytelling, and thought leadership marketing.
  • Experience in handling PR, digital brand campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive measurable impact.
