Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and manage client engagements across international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional leadership abilities, and a client-first approach. You will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing professionals, executing multi-channel strategies, and ensuring successful delivery and growth across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment.

- Understand client business goals, digital challenges, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 digital marketing professionals.

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development to team members.

- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.

Campaign & Project Execution:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media channels.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within defined budgets and scope.

- Continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

- Develop digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.

- Stay current with emerging digital tools, techniques, and platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

- Propose strategic initiatives to expand existing accounts and acquire new business.

Reporting, Analysis & Budgeting:

- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, and campaign ROI.

- Present actionable insights and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations effectively.

Business Development Support

- Support the sales and leadership team in client pitches and new business opportunities.

- Contribute to proposal creation, campaign planning, and strategic Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/project leadership role.

- Proven experience managing international clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Only candidates from CBSE/ICSE boards will be considered.
