Job Title: Project Manager Mechanical (Fire Safety Systems) Location: Delhi NCR (Ready for Pan India if Required) Experience: 7-8 Years in Fire Safety / MEP Project Management Industry: Fire & Life Safety / MEP / Infrastructure / Data Centers /Commercial & Healthcare Projects Job Summary We are hiring a Project Manager with expertise in IBMS, ELV & MECHANICAL FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS, MEP for projects in Various Sectors. The role involves end-to-end project execution, coordination, and delivery within budget and timelines. Education & Experience BE/Bt.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation (Masters or PMP certification is a plus). Must have Hands-on experience in managing projects related to: o Fire Sprinkler Systems o IBMS-Bas, Access, CCTV, WLD, Rodent o ELV Fire Safety FA, PA, HSSD, Water Curtain o Pre-Action Systems o Fire Suppression Systems (e.g., FM200, Novec, Inergen) Project exposure to data centers, high-rise residential/commercial buildings, hospitals, malls and educational institutions is required.Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning - Define project scope, deliverables, and technical requirements - Prepare detailed project schedules, resource & material plans using MS Project or equivalent tools - Coordinate design documentation, approvals from consultants and authorities 2. Technical Leadership - Lead project teams, subcontractors, and departmental coordination - Ensure execution of all fire safety, IBMS, and ELV systems as per design and compliance - Provide solutions to technical issues and integration challenges 3. Execution & Monitoring - Supervise site work for safety, quality, documentation, and timelines - Oversee material procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover - Conduct compliance checks with NFPA, NBC, and local codes 4. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams - Manage third-party inspections and approvals - Provide regular status reports and progress updates 5. Budget & Resource Control - Monitor billing milestones and ensure timely submission and approvals - Track manpower, cost, and procurement against project budgets - Optimize resource allocation for efficiency 6. Quality & Safety Assurance - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures - Conduct periodic audits and site inspections 7. Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and delays - Implement mitigation plans and ensure resolution of on-site issues 8. Project Closure - Oversee system testing, final commissioning, and handover - Deliver all as-built documentation, warranties, and compliance certifications Key Skills - Expertise in Fire Safety Systems, ELV & IBMS - Project scheduling tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM coordination) - Strong leadership, communication & client-handling skills - Vendor and subcontractor management - Familiarity with NFPA, NBC, BIS, and other regulatory standards
