The technologies we support include Java, React, Flutter, Python, IoT, BigQuery, Data Lake, and more.Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execut ensure timely delivery, and maintain seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines and budgets.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks. Lead cross-functional teams ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for leadership. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Lead sprint planning to ensure effective execution and delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in [specify industry – IT ]. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High sense of ownership and accountability. Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Share your CV on navya.shukla@zarthi.com
