Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture :

- Design and implement robust cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.

- Provide technical leadership in building scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures.

- Define architecture standards and best practices for cloud adoption, migration, and optimization.

Azure Cloud Expertise :

- Lead the design and migration of infrastructure to Azure, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

- Implement and manage Azure components such as Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and more.

- Optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Security and Governance :

- Develop and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies for Azure environments.

- Ensure adherence to cloud security frameworks, identity management (Azure AD), and role-based access control (RBAC).

Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure :

- Design and manage hybrid cloud models integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure cloud.

- Support Azure ExpressRoute, VPNs, and network integration for seamless connectivity.

Automation and DevOps :

- Drive infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

- Implement monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues across cloud and on-premises systems.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :


- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years in Azure cloud architecture.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure, services, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of Azure AD, networking, security, and storage solutions.

- Hands-on in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.

- Hands-on experience with automation scripting (PowerShell).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

- Solid knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and hybrid environments.

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (or equivalent) is required.

- Additional certifications like Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer, or AWS certifications are a plus.
