This role involves leading Agile development projects independently or guiding sub-projects under the Portfolio Manager's supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution of various business and technical initiatives across Technology organization.
  • Manage dependencies across teams for successful cross-team initiative delivery.
  • Drive technology initiative planning, estimation, and tracking of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Effectively communicate project progress to stakeholders, including business partners and Technology teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A working knowledge of Agile Project Life Cycles (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Confluence, Jira).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence team members and resolve conflicts.
  • Familiarity with basic development technologies and skills.
  • Ability to negotiate time management and deliverables.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in software development industry.
  • 4-6 years as Project Manager or ScrumMaster for Software Development Team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management concepts, risk management, and identification.

$150,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience, reflecting the compensation package for this role.
