About Job:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, coupled with a strong background in taxation, procurement, vendor management, and team management.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with management to develop accurate and achievable budgets and forecasts
  • Financial Accounting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
  • Taxation & Legal Compliance: Compliance with all taxation & other application laws & regulations. Periodic review & submissions of tax returns & making tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Cashflow Management: Forecast cash flow needs, monitor cash inflows and outflows, and implement strategies to optimize cash resources
  • External Stakeholders Management: Coordinate with Auditors, Government authorities, outsourced consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven working experience as a Financial operations (CA Mandatory)
  • Relevant industry experience is an added advantage for selection
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Software applications including Tally and Zoho books
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, taxation, procurement, and vendor management
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
