Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in sales, including 4 years in staff augmentation or IT staffing. You will play a key role in driving individual and team sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team to excel in the IT staffing and staff augmentation domain.


Key Responsibilities:


-Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies.

-Client Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and timely resolution of issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to design and execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance the company’s market presence in the staffing industry.

-Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their staffing requirements, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.

-Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring terms are profitable and aligned with company objectives.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for business growth.

-Reporting: Track and report sales activities, progress toward targets, and client feedback to the management team.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

-Experience: 8+ years in sales, with at least 4 years in staff augmentation, IT staffing, or recruitment services.

-Sales Expertise: Proven track record in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.

-Leadership Skills: Experience managing a sales team and driving individual and team success.

-Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.

-Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

-Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

-Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client challenges and provide effective staffing solutions.

-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.
