The Senior Lead for Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the organization’s strategic goal. This role plays an important role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that training initiatives meet business needs and enhance employee performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • and implement L&D strategies that support the overall business objectives.

  • develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.

Experience:

  • Years of experience in Human Resources with 5-6 years’ experience in L&D
  • Handson L&D tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS)
