Lead -Learning & Development

As the Lead – Leadership Development & Capability Building, incumbent will be responsible for comprehensive learning and development solutions with focus on leadership development and functional capability building in alignment with the business strategy. The role holder will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify learning objectives, develop strategies, design, deliver impactful learning solutions and review impact on business.
Role holder will be responsible for identifying capability gaps, developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategy and solutions for behavioral as well as functional skills in alignment with business goals and people strategy. The role will also be accountable for understanding market best practices, tools available etc. to build a sustainable continuous learning road map for the organization. The role will facilitate talent readiness within the organization and will partner with vendors as required.

Experience and Education
- Post graduate / PGDBA / MBA (HR)
- Certifications in instructional design, content creation are preferred
- Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs in a corporate COE set up
- Proven experience with design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies/tools is a must
- Working experience of an Instructional Design role with responsibility for end to end creation of instructor-led and/or e-learning materials (Preferably 6D)
- Past experience in program facilitation at various levels including senior management.
- Prior Industry experience of Agri / Chemical/ Pharma industry is preferred
