Kapiva - Specialist - Category Management

Catalogue Management:
- Maintain catalogue health and hygiene on e-commerce platforms, overseeing tasks such as new listings and pricing management to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Inventory Demand Planning: Lead the strategic planning of inventory demand across multiple channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.
- Inventory Management Platforms: Take charge of inventory lead platforms like FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBF (Fulfillment by [Platform]), ensuring efficient zonal fulfilment and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage days of stock to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Platform-Level Marketing Activations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute platform-level marketing activations, including coordinating sale events alignment and collaborating with the design team for creative assets.
- Marketplace Expansion: Drive the onboarding and listing process for new marketplaces, expanding our reach and presence across diverse e-commerce platforms.
- Data Insights: Provide valuable insights derived from existing data to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and statistics to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive reports and spreadsheets for historical data analysis and trend identification.
- Data Analysis and Validation: Utilize analytical skills to validate data and identify underlying issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Extract data into spreadsheets and prepare monthly consolidation of accounts.
