Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SaaS growth marketer with experience in the marketing industry to join and lead our growth marketing initiatives. You should possess a deep understanding of marketing analytics or measurement and its role in driving business growth. You should have a deep understanding of the modern B2B marketing playbook and how content marketing impacts marketing outcomes. You should own all aspects of maximizing content distribution using growth hacking tactics. You should ideally have experience working with brands or agencies running paid media campaigns and understand the nuances of media planning and buying. As the growth marketing lead, you will be responsible for evangelizing our platform on all social channels and communities to drive demand and build trust. This is a unique opportunity to work on a trending AI-powered measurement platform, in a massive $1T media industry and truly drive its adoption & success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the reach and impact of Lifesight’s content across multiple channels using growth hacks.
- Create and manage comprehensive distribution strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audience, overseeing daily operations of Lifesight's content distribution across all channels including paid media, SEO, ABM & social media.
- Design and implement effective email campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects, optimizing email performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers in the marketing measurement space to amplify Lifesight’s reach, managing influencer relationships and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Experiment with innovative growth strategies to identify scalable marketing opportunities, analyzing and iterating on growth tactics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and , conducting thorough media planning and buying to maximize campaign performance and budget efficiency.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and industry groups to promote Lifesight’s platform, fostering relationships with potential customers and industry stakeholders through active participation.
- Act as Lifesight’s ambassador on all social channels and communities, building trust and driving demand by representing Lifesight at industry events, webinars, and online forums.
- Collaborate with strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives to expand Lifesight’s reach and influence, coordinating co-branded campaigns, webinars, and content with partners to drive mutual growth.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, marketing measurement, marketing sciences and an in-depth understanding of marketing measurement tools and strategies.
- Must have a strong hold on demand-generation techniques and lead lifecycle tracking across the sales and marketing tech stack.
- Deep understanding of working with CRM & marketing tools such as Hubspot.
- Expertise in modern B2B marketing playbooks and the impact of content marketing on marketing outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in growth hacking techniques and tools for maximizing content distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media presence and creating content that increases engagement and drives product interest.
- Have an active and strong social media presence as a B2B professional and to be vocal about the product across social channels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and setting priorities accordingly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional copywriting skills & strong sense of design aesthetics.
