Moback - Senior Enterprise Localization Manager

Requirements:

- 5+ years of localization program management experience in developing and creating new processes, tools, and infrastructure.

- Extensive stakeholder management experience, including influencing and quickly creating a credible impression.

- Advanced project management skills

- Advanced understanding of and highly skilled in technical aspects; authoring tools, LMSs, handling various file types, etc.

- Experience with best-in-class CAT tools, translation management systems, and localization platforms. Eg. GlobalLink, XTM, CrowdIn, Memsource, Smartling, Trados Studio, Lilt, etc.

- Power users who can engineer solutions and improvements around tools like CrowdIn.


- Experience working with global cross-functional teams from different cultures.


- Experience with localization best practices for online learning initiatives, including eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.

- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.

- Demonstrated knowledge of software internationalization and localization standards, and localization testing best practices.

- Degree in translation, localization, or a related technical discipline.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with product, training and learning, marketing, creative and multimedia content localization, and workflows.

- Knowledge of additional languages other than English.

- US or Canada-based
