Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Outreach Associate to build and maintain

relationships with educational institutions, promote our courses, and expand our reach. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for education.


Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Pune


Key Responsibilities:


 Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase brand awareness.

 Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.

 Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

 Provide feedback to the product development team based on educator interactions.

 Track and report on outreach activities and results.

 Assist in developing partnership programs with key stakeholders.


Qualifications & Requirements:


 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

 2-3 years of experience in outreach, business development, or sales, preferably in edtech.

 Strong understanding of the Indian education system.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – English & Hindi language

proficiency is must

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

 Proficiency in CRM software(zoho) and outreach tools.

 Willingness to travel as needed.
