Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic Channel Sales Vertical.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth.
You will build strong relationships with existing channel partners, identify and onboard new partners, and collaborate with internal teams to create a win-win ecosystem for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key channel partners.
- Develop channel-specific sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they can effectively promote our SAAS solutions.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and qualify new channel partners aligned with our business goals and target markets.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements with new partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate partner performance, address challenges, and drive growth.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies, compelling marketing campaigns, and effective promotional activities for the channel.
- Equip partners with essential resources such as marketing collateral, product information, and sales tools to facilitate successful selling.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare insightful reports on channel sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and future forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar role in channel sales, preferably within the SAAS industry.
- In-depth understanding of channel sales dynamics and proven success in managing partner relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and tactical planning expertise to develop and execute data-driven sales plans that achieve ambitious targets.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
