🚀 We’re Hiring: – Manager – Revenue Recognition & Accounts ReceivableLocation: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai / Mumbai / Bangalore (WFO – 5 days)Experience: 6+ YearsEducation: CA (Mandatory), MBA – Finance (Preferred)Team Size: Manage 3–6 membersAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Manager – Revenue Recognition & Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong technical expertise in revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and contract review. The ideal candidate will have a Big 4 background, experience with SAP/Oracle, and the ability to manage a team effectively.Key Responsibilities:Review customer contracts and summarize billing, revenue milestones, and applicable taxes.Ensure accurate revenue recognition in the correct reporting period.Monitor monthly revenue reporting, ensuring timely closure (Working Day 3) and schedule maintenance.Ensure timely invoicing within agreed TAT and track AMC revenue, invoicing, and contract expiry.Liaise with business teams and stakeholders to gather inputs for revenue and AR accounting.Track DSO, ensure correct cost capturing in POC workings, and verify time sheets and costs in ERP.Oversee preparation and maintenance of Revenue, Unearned, and AR schedules.Review and approve accounting entries in a timely manner.Coordinate audits (Internal & Big 4) for revenue and AR areas.Skills & Requirements:Qualified CA with 6+ years of post-qualification experience.Big 4 audit experience is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of revenue recognition concepts and AR processes.Exposure to SAP/Netsuite/Oracle ERP systems.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills.Experience working with corporate finance/industry environment.Personal Attributes:Strong leadership and team management skills (managing 3–6 members).Decision-making capability with ability to empower reports.Adaptable and able to execute priorities in a dynamic business environment.Collaborative mindset, able to work across Accounts, Finance, and Consulting teams.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate finance environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Big 4 auditors.Lead a small, high-performing team.Grow your career in Revenue Recognition & Accounts Receivable with exposure to multiple business units.📩 Interested or know someone perfect for this role?Let’s connect Send your resume or referrals to:📧 naresha.r@nityo.com | 📞 8746012727 | 💬 WhatsApp: 8746012727
