Job Description: Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the area. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to drive results.

  • Team Leadership: Lead motivate and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets its goals.

  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.




Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree (Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field degree is preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.Derma Exposure is needed.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatory environment.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
