Director of Architecture

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Architecture to lead our enterprise architecture function, guiding the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

This role is pivotal in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and setting the architectural direction across the organization.


Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Vision :


- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.

- Provide leadership and direction on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and modernization Governance :


- Establish and lead architectural governance practices, design standards, and technology guidelines.

- Ensure consistency, reusability, scalability, and security across all solutions and Leadership :


- Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, enterprise architects, and technical leads.

- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous Design & Oversight :


- Lead the evaluation, design, and integration of complex, large-scale systems and platforms.

- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust architectural Collaboration :


- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

- Present architecture strategies and roadmaps to senior leadership and executive Management & Compliance :


- Ensure architectural solutions comply with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.

- Identify technology risks and propose mitigation Skills and Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, systems design, and enterprise IT leadership.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex architecture initiatives across distributed systems.

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and data architecture.

- Solid understanding of security architecture, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise integration patterns.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in agile, product-driven Qualifications :


- TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect Certification, or similar credentials.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS, legacy modernization, or digital transformation projects.

- Background in industries like FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, or Telecom is a plus.
