Job Title: Art Director (B2C)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and creative professionals to deliver innovative and impactful visual solutions.
  • Strategic Vision: Shape the creative direction and visual identity for the brand across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage the design team, fostering growth, creativity, and a high-performance culture.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams, and product teams to understand project goals and align creative strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor design strategies, incorporating relevant insights into creative approaches.
  • Review and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members and vendors to enhance the quality of creative outputs.


Key Skills and Competencies

  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading and managing creative teams to achieve business goals.
  • Brand Strategy: Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and brand identity design.
  • Project Oversight: Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Creative Expertise: Mastery of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present creative concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
