Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Program Management Manager to lead and drive cross-functional Talent initiatives across Recruitment, Resource Management (RMG), Capability Development, Workforce Planning, and Talent Forecasting. This role requires someone who can bring an integrated view to talent management, working closely with COEs and Business HR partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage enterprise-level HR initiatives with a focus on talent lifecycle - workforce planning, hiring, deployment, upskilling, and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Talent Acquisition, RMG, L&D, and Business HR teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies.
Talent Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Build models and frameworks for talent demand forecasting in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Recruitment Strategy Alignment: Support talent acquisition by translating workforce plans into hiring roadmaps; track fulfillment and highlight risks.
Capability Development Oversight: Coordinate with L&D teams to ensure the capability development roadmap is in sync with business and talent strategy.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR analytics to measure effectiveness of talent programs and drive improvements.
Change Management: Support the adoption of new talent initiatives by driving stakeholder buy-in and managing transitions.
Governance & Reporting: Set up PMO-style governance mechanisms to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely escalations.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, XLRI, NITs, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing large-scale HR programs or talent transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of at least two or more Talent verticals (Recruitment, Workforce Planning, RMG, L&D, Talent Management).
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to data-driven HR practices and tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Proficient in presentations).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, Prince2, or HR-related certifications
- Exposure to change management and transformation initiatives in HR
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
