Build & grow a strong pipeline by engaging CXOs, Heads of TA, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Business leaders. Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and design suitable solutions. Partner with internal teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and scalability of solutions. Achieve revenue, profitability, and account penetration targets. Represent Peoplefy at client meetings, industry forums, and events. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline. Mentor junior BD/Inside Sales teams (if applicable).PRE-REQUISITES 7–12 years of proven sales experience in the Indian recruitment industry . Strong track record of selling RPO, Leadership Hiring, Executive Search, Permanent Hiring or Staffing solutions. Experience winning business from Global MNCs, GCCs, or large enterprise clients. Deep understanding of the Bengaluru talent ecosystem. Strong commercial acumen proposals, pricing, negotiation
