Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. As a Sales Manager at Corporate Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and implementing effective sales processes. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
