Business Development Associate

Empxtrack is seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Associates to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to build a team of sales professionals capable of converting enterprise accounts in India. The ideal candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program and will be responsible for driving sales growth by scheduling in-person meetings and ultimately closing deals with enterprise clients.
Note: This is a Hybrid role. The candidate has to work from office for 2 days in a week. (Mandatory criteria)
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients within the designated region.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Empxtrack's HR solutions.
- Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of each enterprise client.
- Large Deals/Enterprise Sales Closures: Drive negotiations and close deals with enterprise accounts.
- In-Person Client Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients across the designated territory.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders during face-to-face interactions.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Utilize a combination of outreach, cold calling, seminars/events, and referrals to generate leads and opportunities.
- Implement both hunting and farming strategies to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Relationship Building: Form strategic relationships with key organizations critical to Empxtrack's long-term growth.
- Collaborate with senior members of the business team to expand Empxtrack's client base within the assigned region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer success, and IT security teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience for clients.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to address client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Education: MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Passion for building a career in sales with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Professional email writing skills for effective communication.
- Hard Criteria: Willingness to travel across the designated region for in-office client meetings.
