- Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers across all eligible industries.

- Maintain a strong lead funnel of large and enterprise accounts, pitch LiquiLoans offerings to the key decision makers and crack deals with LiquiLoans as partner of choice to Offer Zero Cost/Low Cost EMI options.

- Ability to explore new business segments.

- Generate and achieve monthly region/segment forecasts and exceed targets in areas of number of clients and Loan disbursals.

- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for LiquiLoans services in coordination with the internal teams.

- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution Bachelor's Degree / Post graduate or equivalent experience.

- Previous experience in similar roles only.

- Previous industry experience should be from Banking, NBFC or Fintech.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals for the region to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Monitor and analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and other stakeholders in the region to promote business and achieve sales objectives.

- Conduct market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the region, monitor progress, and report results to senior management.

- Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, market share, and competitor analysis.

- Identify and address sales challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including product recommendations, pricing, and services.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.

- Build and maintain a strong brand image and reputation in the market through excellent customer - service and relationship management.
