Company DescriptionXipper is a Travel Tech platform to digitise the Hospitality Industry in India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing customer reservations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, processing reservations, handling cancellations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role may involve promoting services to prospective customers to achieve sales goals. Negotiating with customers on pricing, coo-ordinating with Hotel Partners, managing front office remotely for Partner Hotels, Verifying Guests before check-in, ensuring early check-in or late check-out is handled efficiently, listing properties on multiple OTA's.QualificationsStrong Communication skills to interact with customers effectively and professionallyProficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExperience in managing Reservations and related processesExperience of using PMS and Channel Manager tolls for reservations.Sales skills with a focus on promoting services and closing dealsProven organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingComfort with using reservation systems and CRM tools is a plusA high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in related fields are an advantageMust haveAbility to communicate fluently in Hindi & EnglishAbility to Multi-taskAtleast 1+ years of experience in a Hotel Front Office RoleExcellent typing speed for customer chat supportAdd-on QualitiesAbility to speak regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or KannadaKnowledge of OTA Revenue ManagementAbility to contribute to salesKnowledge of OTA listingsWe are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for a Front Office role.
