Manager - US Accounting

Roles and Responsibilities (R2R):Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes including journal entries, general ledger accounting, and month-end close activities.Prepare and maintain accurate digital and physical financial records aligned with US GAAP.Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve open items promptly.Analyze business transactions and provide accurate financial reports and insights.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Handle intercompany accounting, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting.Conduct periodic reviews and internal audits to ensure accuracy of expenses, revenue, and financial statements.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.Develop and implement effective accounting policies, SOPs, and process improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.Address and resolve accounting-related queries, discrepancies, and variances.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong understanding of US GAAP and R2R processes.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite accounting software.Proficiency in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
