**US/ Canada Recruiter**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Must have good experience working on W2/Full Time/C2C and T4/ B2B requirements either for Implementation partners or Direct Clients.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good knowledge of US/Canada Tax terms and US/ Canada Visas

**Roles and Responsibilities (For recruiters)**
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Implementation Partners in the US and Canada.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
- Conduct initial screenings, and reference checks negotiate pay rates, and relocation, coordinate client interviews, and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
- Recruiting consultants on Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire, and Full-time positions and T4, B2B, and FTE roles.
- Sourcing the relevant profiles Line up and screen from the various job portals as per the requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, Well versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C) and Canada.
- Experience in North American IT Staffing/Recruitment/ 2-5 years is an added advantage

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
