About the Role As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition), you will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities Source candidates using Naukri, , job boards, and social platforms Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment databases Support onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination tasks Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination Any graduate, preferably with an IT or business-related background Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Naukri, , and end-to-end recruitment workflows Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers/reporting) Preferred Skills Passion for Talent Acquisition and hiring excellence Why Join Us At Stellar Consulting, we believe great teams are built by great people.
