Key Responsibilities:


Paid Search:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns to meet business objectives and deliver optimal ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and search trends. Regularly optimize keyword lists to improve campaign performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines. Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance while staying within allocated budgets. Optimize spend and manage bidding strategies effectively.
  • Set up tracking, monitor KPIs, and analyze campaign data to assess performance. Prepare and deliver regular reports with insights, recommendations, and results.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create effective landing pages and improve conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Analyze competitors’ PPC activities to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve our search engine marketing strategy.
  • Keep up with industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in paid search marketing to keep our campaigns competitive.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :


  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings; research keywords and create quality content for the website and marketing materials.
  • Set measurable goals, monitor performance metrics, and optimize website structure to enhance SEO effectiveness.
  • Collaborate within the marketing department to align goals and manage overall SEO strategy.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and consistently update content to maximize search engine visibility.


Content Marketing :


  • Develop content marketing strategies, set goals, and implement initiatives to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality content, manage editorial calendars, and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly create, edit, and improve engaging content across various channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO, analyze web traffic metrics, and use insights from Google Analytics.
  • Ensure a strong multi-channel web presence and generate ideas to boost customer engagement.


Google Analytics :


  • Set up, maintain, and customize Google Analytics tracking, including custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking.
  • Develop measurement strategies aligned with business goals and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with Google Analytics features and best practices, implementing them as needed.


Qualifications:


  • You should have 2.5 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in SEO and content marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and SEO tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
