Overview

The Brand Marketing Head is responsible for crafting and executing strategies that enhance the brand's visibility, reputation, and market positioning. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and digital innovation to drive brand growth and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure brand initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
Brand Management
  • Oversee the development and consistency of brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand health metrics, such as awareness, preference, and sentiment.
  • Lead brand campaigns, including ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities.
  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer relationships to amplify brand visibility.
Digital Marketing and Innovation
  • Drive digital-first marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Explore innovative technologies, such as AR/VR, AI, and experiential marketing, to enhance customer engagement.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Budgeting and Performance
  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.



QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
Skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding trends.
