About The Role:- We're looking for a talented and creative Malayalam & English Content Writer / Copywriter to join our dynamic team If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for understanding audiences - especially Gen Z - and a proven ability to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness, we'd love to meet you.- This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our digital footprint and connect with audiences through creative, data-driven content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:- Conceptualize and produce high-quality content for social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners, and more - in both Malayalam and English.- Write across various platforms - websites, blogs, articles, case studies, white papers, and more.- Craft concise, eye-catching headlines and copy that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.- Develop content that balances creativity with clear messaging and marketing intent. Research & Strategy:- Conduct in-depth research on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform and elevate content.- Perform content gap analysis and propose new, relevant topics.- Collaboration & Brainstorming.- Partner with campaign managers, designers, and creative teams to bring fresh ideas to life.- Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to develop content strategies that align with brand goals. Audience Engagement:- Build and nurture an online community through interactive, shareable content.- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions to enhance engagement.- Editing & Quality Control.- Review and edit team content to maintain tone, consistency, and accuracy.- Ensure all materials align with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.- Performance & Optimization.- Track key content performance metrics and recommend improvements for higher reach and engagement.- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in content writing or copywriting (preferably for digital platforms).- Bilingual fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and digital storytelling.- Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.- Excellent research, editing, and collaboration skills.
