Role:- Regional Sales Manager- Corporate (Commercial Cards) Qualification: MBA-Sales Vertical:- Credit Card Location:- Mumbai Relevant Experience:-12- 15 years of work experience , with meaningful part in managing Corporate & Commercial Cards SalesFunctional Competencies:- Negotiation skills to create the most profitable deals Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales teamBehavioral Competencies:- Should be a team Player, people's manager Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Extremely collaborative and influentialJob Responsibilities: Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities: Deliver assigned target for the region .Delivery includes Corporate tie ups, ensuring spends on Corporate cards & driving team to achieve their MOM targets Should be able to execute strategies in collaboration with the National Head to plan and execute channel level Sales plans Should be able to own end to end sourcing and smooth running of finalized business model to build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network in the assigned region Should be able to constantly identify new streams for revenue growth and develop penetration strategies in the region to achieve targets To ensure maintenance of call reports and MIS as required by management and leadership team Ensure availability of adequate and trained manpower in the region. Should be able to hire , train and develop a high-performance sourcing team. Drive targets numbers and drive the team in an effective manner Ambitious team player with the ability to execute partner requests and tasks in time-sensitive situations The incumbent is expected to liaise with marketing and IT teams to ensure adequate support to these functions.Compliance & Risk Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit . Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.
