- NetAnalytiks provides a comprehensive set of service offerings viz., IT Consulting, Managed IT Services (NOC, SOC, Application Support, Service Desk, End-point Support, Cloud Infrastructure Support and Management), Custom Application Development for Web & Mobile, and IT Staffing.
- NetAnalytiks works with clients across various industries to deliver tailor-made solutions that address their unique challenges and goals.
Role Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, scouting business opportunities, and driving sales through effective communication and engagement with prospects.
- This role is based in Bangalore and is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, interaction on LinkedIn with potentials customers and generate interest in our products and services, and arrange meetings.
- Conduct research and use tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo to identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to present NetAnalytiks' solutions and offerings.
- Preparing and delivering effective presentations of NetAnalytiks's service offerings to potential customers.
- Offering technical guidance to clients on how to use and install computer systems and networks.
- Identifying a client's business needs and determining if the company's products or services are a good fit- and also following up on any product or service issues on behalf of the client, and provide tailored solutions to match business goals.
- Keeping up with changes in technology and how it affects customers and their businesses, and also how our service offerings could help them in the changed technology landscape.
- Writing and designing NetAnalytiks's sales documents, and attending industry events to promote company's products and services.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls.
- Establishing and meeting sales goals- and keeping accurate records of potential customers database and sales.
- Participate in price negotiations and assist the team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to enhance future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT Services, Custom Application Development, and IT Staffing.
- Proven track record of lead generation, prospecting, nurturing sales opportunities, and sales.
- Proficiency with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and experience using CRM platforms like Zoho.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present solutions effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with IT Services, Custom Application Development, and Generative AI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
