Company DescriptionLooking to connect with Senior CRM professionals in Real Estate development firms for a client based in Delhi - NCR (Office in Gurgaon). They have been in operation for more than 20 years and delivered multiple Residential, Commercial projects. They have significant lineup of projects across Delhi - NCR and beyond with a revenue pipeline of nearly USD 2 Bn (INR 20,000 Cr +).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM Head) based in Gurugram. The CRM Head will lead and manage customer retention strategies, oversee customer segmentation initiatives, and implement customer-centric approaches to enhance customer experience. The role involves analyzing customer data, managing and mentoring the CRM team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Retention and strategies for enhancing Customer ExperienceStrong Analytical Skills and experience in Market SegmentationProven Team Management and leadership abilitiesDeliver better thab the industry benchmarks on collections as well as customent engagementWork closely and seamlessly with channel partners, in a clear transparent mannerExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent stakehodler manageent skills - to be able to engage own team and also cross functional stakeholdersExperience in CRM platforms and tools is an advantageMBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredBackground in real estate, technology, or a related sector is a mustWork closely with Sales and Projecsts departments to delier excellent customer experienceEnsure minimal or zero litigation on account of customet relationship managementAbility to leverage technology to draw insights and in turn action plans in the best interest of the companyAttention to detail - ensure error free documentation with the customer, as well as regualtory authoritiesMinimum 15 years of total experience Looking for people who are currently either heading CRM for a small / mid size firm or leading multiple projects CRM / or Heading Region (North) for a large size fir and have the ability to scale up and head the overall CRM function.To apply - your current CTC should not be higher than 45 Lacs p.a. as the budget for the role is close to INR 55 Lacs p.a.
