As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, engaging our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively promote our events, enhance customer relationships, and drive conversions through email marketing initiatives.


What you will do:

Lead Generation & Events

  • Identify and research relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars to participate in or sponsor.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, and drive conversions
  • Plan, organize, and execute events and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, signage, and collateral materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall business goals.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, attendee engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Customer Marketing

  • Develop and implement customer marketing programs to drive retention, and loyalty
  • Create compelling content and campaigns to educate, inform, and delight customers.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in Events Marketing, preferably in B2B Space
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in event and email marketing tools
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to attend events and conferences
