We are looking out for a Senior Marketing Associate to spearhead extensive branding and marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll pioneer innovative strategies to promote in-game events, new content releases, and IP collaborations. Your focus extends to driving strategic growth across our social media platforms and ensuring seamless coordination across all channels. Additionally, you'll uphold impeccable publishing standards and maintain the hygiene of our social media pages.



Job Description:


  • Craft and execute dynamic marketing campaigns for in-game events, ensuring vibrant promotional materials and engaging content strategies to drive revenue and IP collaborations
  • Lead and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), creating a compelling brand voice and producing captivating local content weekly, including interactive posts, user-generated content, memes, etc
  • Continuously refine and elevate social media content based on the understanding of user preferences, enhancing audience connection, boosting engagement, and maintaining high standards of excellence
  • Deliver detailed and insightful reports, with qualitative and quantitative analysis of marketing campaigns and social media performance along with recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with streamers and KOLs to amplify our brand reach
  • Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders from various teams to ensure timely delivery of content to our users



Job Requirements:


  • Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry
  • 3+ years of marketing and social media management expertise, with a focus on gaming or entertainment marketing and communications
  • Good logical thinking and creativity
  • Ability to understand the end user and produce content accordingly
  • Should be detail-oriented and have good analytical skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
