You’ll be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects — from inquiry to installation.Sales & Client Relations- Research and identify potential architectural and interior design firms for collaborations on residential and commercial lighting projects. - Reach out to potential clients, present LumeHaus offerings, and build strong professional relationships. - Manage incoming client inquiries (B2B + B2C) — from first contact to order closure. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with precision and timeliness. - Support sales activities during exhibitions, design fairs, and pop-ups. - Maintain a CRM system to track leads, interactions, and conversions. - Nurture long-term relationships with key partners, designers, and vendors.Operations & Fulfilment- Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment. - Track manufacturing timelines, conduct quality checks, and oversee dispatch and delivery. - Maintain product and stock records, ensuring inventory accuracy. - Coordinate with logistics and installation partners for smooth execution. - Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and shipment documentation.Brand & Event Support- Assist in planning and executing design exhibitions and pop-ups. - Coordinate marketing collaterals and product displays for events. - Support product photoshoots and catalog updates when required.Key Skills & Attributes- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). - Experience in B2B outreach — ideally within design, interiors, or luxury home brands. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic project tracking. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team. - Appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). - 2–3 years of work experience in sales, operations, or client management — ideally in a design, interiors, or manufacturing-related company.Why Join LumeHaus- Work directly with the Founder on brand growth and strategy. - Be part of a design-driven brand that celebrates craftsmanship and authenticity. - Exposure to India’s leading design networks, exhibitions, and clients. - Hybrid working setup with creative autonomy and clear growth potential.
