Purpose:

The Quality Director for large transformation projects will play a pivotal role in ensuring process

assurance and compliance across complex initiatives involving multiple product and cross-functional teams. This position requires expertise in implementing robust governance frameworks

encompassing program management, change management, and risk management to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Process Assurance and Compliance: Oversee and ensure strict adherence to quality processes

and standards throughout the lifecycle of large-scale transformation projects.

Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to streamline

program management, change management, and risk management processes.

KPIs and Metrics Design: Define and establish comprehensive KPIs and metrics that effectively

measure and monitor project performance and quality across various phases.

Stakeholder Management: Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders to align

quality objectives with project deliverables and meet customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts driven by data insights and

stakeholder feedback to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.

Customer Interface: Serve as the primary interface with customers to understand quality

requirements, address concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

 Proven Experience in Large Transformation Projects: Demonstrated track record in a similar role

within the context of large-scale transformation projects.

 Strong Knowledge of Quality Assurance: In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles,

compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

 Expertise in Governance Frameworks: Proven ability to design and implement governance

frameworks for program management, change management, and risk management.

 KPIs and Metrics Development: Ability to develop and deploy meaningful Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively measure project performance.

 Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to

collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage customer relationships adeptly.


Soft skill expectations:

 Good management skills to effectively manage Quality team

 Ability to maturely interact and communicate with leadership teams

 Ability to train and guide Quality team. Set directions and guide team to meet goals. Ensure unit& expectations from quality team (goals) are met.

 Create presentations and conduct training on quality to internal stakeholders / customers
