Qualifications:

A track record of delivering complex projects within scope, on time, and with measurable impact. Deep comprehension of emerging technologies such as Web3.0, Microservice, and cloud computing. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, inspiring collaboration and fostering strong relationships across hierarchies. Proven expertise in navigating organizational change, effectively managing resistance and enabling buy-in. Strong analytical acumen, coupled with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, are desirable. Requirements

Experience with short release cycles. Experience in hiring smart, versatile engineers. Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience in communicating with users, non-technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. Experience with Java/Microsoft Stack, DevOps is a plus.
