Purpose:The Quality Director for large transformation projects will play a pivotal role in ensuring processassurance and compliance across complex initiatives involving multiple product and cross-functional teams. This position requires expertise in implementing robust governance frameworksencompassing program management, change management, and risk management to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Assurance and Compliance:

Oversee and ensure strict adherence to quality processesand standards throughout the lifecycle of large-scale transformation projects.

Governance Frameworks:

Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to streamlineprogram management, change management, and risk management processes.

KPIs and Metrics Design : Define and establish comprehensive KPIs and metrics that effectivelymeasure and monitor project performance and quality across various phases.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders to alignquality objectives with project deliverables and meet customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead continuous improvement efforts driven by data insights andstakeholder feedback to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.

Customer Interface:

Serve as the primary interface with customers to understand qualityrequirements, address concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Proven Experience in Large Transformation Projects: Demonstrated track record in a similar rolewithin the context of large-scale transformation projects. Strong Knowledge of Quality Assurance: In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles,compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Expertise in Governance Frameworks: Proven ability to design and implement governanceframeworks for program management, change management, and risk management. KPIs and Metrics Development: Ability to develop and deploy meaningful Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively measure project performance. Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills tocollaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage customer relationships adeptly.

Soft skill expectations: Good management skills to effectively manage Quality team Ability to maturely interact and communicate with leadership teams Ability to train and guide Quality team. Set directions and guide team to meet goals. Ensure unit& expectations from quality team (goals) are met. Create presentations and conduct training on quality to internal stakeholders / customers
