Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience and will be responsible for validating, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems in the automotive manufacturing plant. This role involves overseeing construction and manufacturing standards, managing maintenance and inspections, and ensuring quality assurance for ongoing projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate, implement, maintain, and improve electrical systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Establish and enforce standards for construction, manufacturing, and installation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, including PLCs and associated hardware and software.
  • Calculate project costs and delivery timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with system providers, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain and enhance plant electrical systems, including PLCs and electrical software and hardware.

Skills Required:

  • Proven knowledge of engineering design software and equipment.
  • Ability to design, implement, install, and maintain complex electrical systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic engineering codes and standards.
  • Ability to write detailed technical reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn relevant engineering software.
