### **Job Summary**  

As a Digital Marketing & Web Development Intern at Innomax IT Solutions, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of digital marketing strategies and web development techniques. You will assist in SEO, social media management, content creation, analytics, and website development, learning the fundamentals of both fields and applying them in real projects.

### **Key Responsibilities**  


- **Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:** Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing.


- **Content Creation:** Help produce engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and websites to attract and retain audience interest.


- **SEO & Analytics:** Support the team in implementing SEO strategies to enhance website visibility. Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.


- **Web Development Assistance:** Work with the team to make website updates and improvements, assist in managing WordPress sites, and learn the basics of HTML/CSS to support website projects.


- **Social Media Management:** Contribute to social media activities by drafting posts, scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.


- **Research & Analysis:** Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide insights for future campaigns.

### **Key Requirements**  


- **Educational Background:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


- **Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge:** Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.


- **Web Development Basics:** Basic understanding of web development tools such as WordPress and some knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.


- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and make recommendations.


- **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.


- **Learning Orientation:** Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
