The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managingend-to-end project lifecycles, driving successful implementations, and workingclosely with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong stakeholdermanagement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliverprojects on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Leadthe planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects,ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget. Managethe entire project lifecycle including initiation, requirement gathering,scheduling, execution, monitoring, risk/issue management, and closure. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (Consultants, Technical Leads, Product ,Support) to drive smooth implementation and integration. Actas the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effectivecommunication and strong relationship management. Identifyrisks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; proactively drivemitigation plans. Trackproject performance, report key metrics, and provide regular updates tostakeholders and leadership. Ensuredelivery quality by following best practices, PMO processes, andcontinuous improvement initiatives. Facilitateworkshops, status meetings, and project governance reviews. Supportresource planning and allocation across assigned projects.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor'sdegree in business, Technology, or related field (PMP/Prince2/Agilecertification preferred). Around5 years of proven experience in project management withinProfessional Services / IT / SaaS / Consulting domains. Hands-onexperience in project implementation and delivery with measurableoutcomes. Strongknowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, orHybrid). Proficiencywith project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet,Mavenlink, Asana, or similar). Excellentcommunication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Abilityto multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
