You will be supporting international customers through email, chat, and other online support channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in customer support, especially within ISP, Telecom, or related technology sectors, is essential for this role.You will take ownership of resolving customer challenges and technical issues across a variety of channels, ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and effective support. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
