Job Summary

Customer Capital (CC) is seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with a deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user-centered methodologies. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Lead UX strategy, process setup, design operations, and design system creation.

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma AI and other design tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.

- Oversee workflow management and guide a small team of designers.

Requirements :

- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

- Proven expertise in Figma AI, with proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong skills in usability testing, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design thinking.

- E-commerce design experience is mandatory; experience in product companies, consumer tech, or travel tech preferred.

- Ability to lead design workflows and mentor junior designers.

- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects.

- Bonus : Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.

Must-Have Skills :

- UI/UX Design - 8 years

- Figma - 5 years

- Adobe Suite - 5 years

- Intermediate proficiency in HTML/CSS (Preferred)
