Job Summary :

Customer Capital (CC) is looking for an experienced and creative Lead UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, who can lead design initiatives, build scalable design systems, and deliver intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape the future of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Drive UX strategy, define and implement UX processes, DesignOps, and maintain design systems.

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other tools.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to translate business goals into functional designs.

- Ensure visual consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints.

- Mentor junior designers and manage small design teams or project-based contributors.

- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

- Strong experience in Figma, including Figma AI features.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Proven hands-on experience in Usability Testing, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.

- Prior experience in E-commerce is a must.

- Experience working with product-based, consumer tech, ecommerce, or travel tech companies preferred.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects and a solid understanding of usability principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage design workflows and lead a small team.

Bonus : Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better design-to-development handoff.

Must-Have Skills :

UI/UX Design - 8 Years (Advanced)

Figma - 5 Years (Intermediate to Advanced)

Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) - 5 Years (Intermediate)
