Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Onsite (Mumbai)

Experience: 6+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience initiatives for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces, with a proven track record of delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping, to high-fidelity design.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and provide design direction when needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite and engage closely with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
